L: Change the World
by aadhu on Jun.30, 2008, under Random
I just finished watching ‘L: Change the World’ a movie based on the character from Death Note (Movie and Anime). ‘L’ by far is on my top 3 best characters ever to come out of an anime.
I’ve seen both DeathNote and DeathNote: The Last Name movies and although they were great they were nowhere near the anime. But this latest installment comes close. But if you really are gonna watch this movie you should atleast watch both the First and Second DeathNote movies.
Synopsis:
After solving the Kira case, another serious case confronts L and he has only 23 days left to solve it.
A person who obtained the most horrible weapon, “Death God” says the same thing as Kira … “I am going to change the world”. A boy and a girl hold the keys to solving the case and L faces a crisis of global magnitude to protect the kids. He is without his most trusted partner, Watari, and cannot rely on just his superb intellect to solve the case.
What will happen to L? What will change? The 23 days are packed with turns of events even L himself cannot predict. The final countdown to the shocking events are about to begin!
Turn off Driver Signing in Vista 64-bit
by aadhu on May.15, 2008, under Random
One of the security features (PAINS) you see in Vista 64-bit is the driver signing feature. This makes it almost impossible to replace most of the systems files with modified files. Most commonly if you want to patch your TCP/IP Max Connection Limit .
You can of course disable it by Pressing F8 during system start up and selecting Turn Off Driver Signing. But then you will have to do this on every restart. So a way around this is using ReadyDriver Plus 1.1 Which was developed by someone called Uhlik.
You can download it here.
