How to get Netgear W311v3 Working in Vista

So I have been unfortunate enough like a few of you to have purchased a Netgear W311v3, and find it not working in vista. After months of searching for a solution I have finally found a Driver that works. This card uses the Marvell Libertas chipset and there are drivers out by other manufacturers that support Vista.
Download either “SK-54C1 Windows XP driver” or “SK-54C1 Windows XP and 2000 x64 driver” depending on the which version of Vista you are using from Here.
And thats it.
